We are looking for a full-time Repair Shop Coordinator in our Tamarac repairs department.

Job Duties Include:

Organize and maintain an efficient repair shop

Answer and place shop phone calls, schedule repairs, and email customers

Order parts and supplies and update prices in our POS system

Clean and prepare instruments for customer use

Internal customer service with other departments

Coordinate ticket system and report management

Working Saturday and other days of the week

The candidate is required to have:

Computer input skills. Experience with Excel, Word and database familiarity helpful

Excellent organizational skills

Must be able to climb ladders, lift 50lbs, and other physical responsibilities

Pluses are:


Wind instrument background

Develop content for multiple social media platforms
