Rental Instrument Returns

Rental agreements require a minimum rental period of three months. The first month is free. After the minimum rental period, you may continue renting the instrument for as long as it is needed.

To return a rental instrument, bring the instrument and all included accessories to:

Rental Instrument Exchanges

If your child needs a different instrument, please contact us before bringing the current instrument to the store so that we can confirm availability and arrange the exchange.

Books and Printed Music

All sales of books and printed music are final. Books, sheet music, method books, and other printed-music products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
