Moving Forward: For 44 years we have partnered with families and educators to bring Florida the best products and services in support of music education.  While some of the ways we transact business will change, at the core, we are a local business whose employees call this area home and we will continue to support the musical activities that our children love.  Just like you, we wished this did not happen.

Please note that we have implemented new safety procedures to ensure the health and well being of our customers and staff members, so several of our business practices have changed.

Curbside and Home Delivery: Curbside pickup or ship to your home is available through or calling (954) 722-3424. Not all our products have been added to our website. If you do not see what you need or want, please call and we will be glad to help.

In Store Shopping: Our Tamarac store is open for your shopping convenience.  Masks must be worn by our customers as per City of Tamarac phase-in opening rules.  The reopening date of our Pembroke Pines location has not been determined.

Pro and Upgrade Instruments: With south Florida’s best selection of professional and upgrade band instruments you are sure to find the instrument that takes your playing to new levels. We encourage you to make an appointment so we can discuss your needs prior to your arrival and have everything ready when you arrive!

Rental Returns: Rental returns will be accepted just inside our front door. Books, reeds, oils, greases (not mouthpieces or straps) should be removed from the case prior to your arrival. If you call ahead, we can complete some paperwork prior to speed up the process.

Repairs: This area of our business has been greatly impacted. Enhanced cleaning and handling procedures have been put into action to ensure the health of our customers and employees.  Some of those impacts include waiting seven days for an estimate and not being able to fix or adjust instruments on the spot.  At this time, only instruments that are currently rented, have an ERC (extended repair contract) or have been personally purchased from All County Music will be accepted for service.  We know this an inconvenience to many people, and we will inform all when we will accept other instruments. Our reality is with being closed for over 2 months, we are behind in our commitments to schools and other instruments that were waiting for service prior to the mandated closure of all non-essential businesses.
